Paul Wishart is Head of CG at MR. X, with over a decade of experience leading build, environment, and lookdev teams across high-end feature and episodic work. Starting his VFX career at MR. X in 2011, Paul rose from Lighting Artist to CG Supervisor and eventually Head of Build, overseeing modeling, texturing, grooming, and environments. His work on Vikings earned multiple Emmy and Canadian Screen Award nominations and wins, as well as recognition from the Visual Effects Society. After a leadership role at Cinesite Montreal, where he contributed to major projects like The Mandalorian, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Paul returned to the newly relaunched MR. X (formerly Herne Hill) in 2024. Recent credits include The Boys, Frankenstein, Wednesday, and Whistle, where he continues to drive large-scale CG teams with a focus on creative integrity and technical excellence.
